As part of our commitment to a professional process each coaching assignment has three phases:

  1. Contracting – to agree scope and duration of the assignment and the organisational and personal benefits that are being sought.
  2. Coaching programme – designed to deliver the benefits you require.
  3. Completion – to review outcomes against the benefits sought and ensure ongoing support mechanisms in place.
