Individuals

A typical coaching programme is usually for six sessions and the coaching relationship often lasts between 3 and 12 months. One off sessions are also available.

Personal coaching session – £60 per hour (personal coaching)
If 5 sessions are booked in advance the 6th session is free

Coaching intensive

One off coaching – Introductory telephone call, 1 hour face to face, plus follow up telephone call or Skype and email support – £120

Ecoaching – email & Skype packages to suit your needs from – £60 per month

Corporate Coaching

Individual coaching sessions – From £80 per hour (leadership coaching)

Coaching intensive

One off coaching/mentoring (e.g. a major presentation or job interview) – Individual coaching/mentoring 2 hour session – £150
Packages for more than one member of staff start from £400 per day
Bespoke packages on request

Workshops

Our unique workshops for individuals who wish to develop themselves at work or in their personal life. Running throughout the year – £100 per person including lunch & refreshments

One off intensive workshops for organisations
On topics such as work, change, relationships, confidence and communication.
For bespoke packages prices on request
